Alternate title: Why historic/nostalgic racing is way better than contemporary race series.

This is a must-watch video. As seen on Axis of Oversteer, a qualifying lap of Spa for the 2009 Spa Six Hour race in a 911. When the second corner is Eau Rouge, taken flat and sideways in an old 911, you know you’re in for a good time. Did I mention this is in fairly heavy, slow traffic?

  1. Holy Awesome Batman! That puppy breaks loose something chronic under braking! I guess that’s all part of being an ass heavy car. The man has some serious skills.
